Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Rates
We offer standard international shipping from Ireland. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Ireland: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We offer free shipping when you order 2 or more pairs.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. TrueGrip is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping option, you will receive it via email when your order ships.
